We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy under the following conditions:

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE:

1. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

2. Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

3. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized are not allowed to be returned or exchanged

6. Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over are not allowed to be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

How to Return or Exchange:

• Visit our store or contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Provide proof of purchase and details of the issue.

• If eligible, you may exchange the item or receive a refund in the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Items marked as final sale or promotional gifts.

• Used, opened, or tampered products.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refund Processing Time:

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Method of Refund: Refund will be issued to to the original payment method used for purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately in case of a damaged or defective item.Please provide photos of the items for our records and we will arrange an exchange or refund for you.

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative item or receive a refund.
